To ensure every journey receives thoughtful, uninterrupted attention, HAY Travel works by appointment only. Travel planning and bookings are handled through scheduled consultations rather than ongoing email correspondence.

Consultations are booked at least one business day in advance, allowing us to prepare properly and provide clear, considered recommendations.

Specialist advice. Fair, transparent pricing.
Most itineraries incur no booking or planning fees, as our work is supported by supplier commissions.
For simpler or low-margin itineraries without a cruise or tour component, a small upfront planning fee may apply. This is always disclosed before any work begins.

HAY Travel operates during Australian business hours.
For urgent airline disruptions while travelling, airline 24-hour support teams provide the fastest assistance. We follow up with guidance and support as soon as our office reopens.​​
